No-Show Policy
At Third Dimension Auburn, we strive to provide our clients with the best possible service and experience. When you book an appointment with us, we reserve that time just for you. We understand that life can get busy, but please remember that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving our stylists enough notice, we not only miss the opportunity to fill your appointment time, but we also miss the opportunity to provide services for other guests. The no show fee is 50% of the service that is scheduled.
To help you remember your appointment, we use our booking platform as a reminder system and ask that you confirm your appointment 24 hours in advance.
Some services may require a down payment to book an appointment, and we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without advanced notice, your down payment will be charged as a no-show fee. We understand that emergencies can happen, and we will evaluate these situations on a case-by-case basis. However, if you habitually miss appointments or do not give us the courtesy of advanced notice, we may not be able to continue providing services for you.

Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates from Third Dimension Auburn are a thoughtful and appreciated way to show someone you care. Our gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at the time services are rendered. They cannot be redeemed for cash, and any unused portion of the certificate will be forfeited. Gift certificates are not replaceable if lost, stolen, or misplaced, so please keep them in a safe place.
If you are the recipient of a Third Dimension Auburn gift certificate, please note that the certificate must be presented at the time services are rendered. Gift Certificates do not expire so keep them safe to use the full amount on the card. Please note that any gratuity or additional services will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Redo Policy
We take pride in our services yet sometimes we just don’t nail it or…Maybe our communication of the service wasn’t on the same page as the guest. If you are unsatisfied, we would like you to contact us within 7 days so the service provider can come up with a solution.
Depending on the re-do service a fee may be applied but as a salon team we do guarantee our work and want the guests to be 100% satisfied.
